ACCOUNTING MANAGER ASSISTANT

We are currently looking for Accounting Manager Assistant.

Main tasks:

  • Supporting Accounting Manager in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department;
  • Monitoring and analysing accounting data and business/compulsory reports of clients
  • Escalation point to Key Clients for business matters;
  • Co-responsibility in implementation and Client onboarding projects;
  • Training employees and enforcing policies and procedures;
  • Control of tax advisory works via subcontractor consultants or internal resources;
  • Cooperation with other departments, especially implementation one;
  • Following and share tax and legal regulatory changes. Avoid legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing accounting regulations, and recommending new procedures;
  • Developing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles;
  • Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
  • Challenge the company’s current technology delivery proposition, participate in new technology projects. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions;

Requirements:

  • Higher economic education – specialization in accounting, finance;
  • Proved working experience in senior position min. 3 years, outsourced environment or Big4 experience is a plus;
  • Accounting training and qualifications;
  • Fluent knowledge of English;
  • Experience in Enova implementation projects is a plus;
  • Analytical thinking skills and very good work organization personally and for your team as well. Ability to direct and supervise;

Requirements:

  • Min 2+ years of experience in Information Security in M365 and Azure (Relevant Azure Certifications required)
  • Demonstrated experience of contributing to IT Security project
  • Expertise in the field of information systems security, including areas such as identity and access management, security program policies, processes, and procedures
  • Understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on security architectures: service orientated architecture, enterprise frameworks, message-based information exchange, etc.
  • Experience with Industry controls and frameworks for audit, risk, compliance, security, governance and/or enterprise risk (COBIT, COSO, ISO27001, SOC) will be an advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English (at least B2+)
