Kacper Kosowicz

Kacper Kosowicz is Chief Commercial Officer at BPiON Global, helping organizations scale multi-country operating models across finance & accounting, tax compliance, and payroll/HR. Previously, he was an Executive Director at EY Poland within GCR sub-service line, where he led the One Compliance project, i.e. cross-functional compliance and transformation initiatives combining tax technology, service-efficiency improvement, and go-to-market of new services. He was deeply involved in co-sourcing and outsourcing programs, supporting clients through operating-model transitions (in-house ↔ co-sourcing/outsourcing), solution design, deployment of delivery teams, and long-term account leadership—ensuring both value delivery and commercial discipline throughout the collaboration. Earlier, he built regional growth capabilities at reputable Polish outsourcing firm across the CEE region.

Kacper is the author of several thought leadership papers, including “Tax Compliance and CFOs’ Priorities in Poland” (editions 2023 and 2024) and the “IP Box report" (2021). He is also interested in the practical application of AI Agents in day-to-day accounting team operations—focusing on real productivity and measurable quality improvements.

Kacper is based in Warsaw, a father of three, a long-time Juventus and Italian football team supporter, and a Formula 1 fan. He also has a long-standing interest in East Africa, particularly Kenya, shaped by development-aid work.
