BPION continues to work in the digital space

Since the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) is a rapidly growing disease and topic all over the world, we would like to highlight our business continuity actions, in order to safeguard our Clients’ outsourced accounting and payroll processes to BPiON Group in both of our Budapest and Warsaw offices.

BPiON’s management team is discussing continuously to assess and appropriately respond to the crisis as it evolves, to adjust our operations to maintain continuity, and to support the safety and health of those impacted.

Our priority is the health of both our employees and our clients. We have put in place many virus-mitigating actions that result in a reduction of potential transmission.

We implemented our home office policy from 16th March. We have extensive online collaboration capabilities for our employees to communicate with each other, with our clients and partners.

BPiON has a business continuity and disaster recovery plan in place. Please see some further details on our blog here.

We have analysed the current Client procedures and reached an almost 100% digital input data sourcing procedures. We have various digital document capture, management and workflow solutions in our portfolio and happy to leverage them further on your procedures and documentation.

We are working tirelessly to help everyone stay safe while at the same time continuing to serve our clients.

Take care.

Sincerely,
Béla Kakuk
CEO
