BPiON Group has made a strategic investment in GridLink Energy Services sp. z o.o., an independent grid connection and regulatory advisor based in Warsaw. The joint venture brings together the two companies’ expertise to support energy developers, investors and project companies with the technical and financial requirements of their assets. This is BPiON’s first investment of this kind and extends its services for the energy sector into engineering and technical advisory and closes the compliance circle for energy asset owners.
Coordinated support for energy projects
GridLink provides grid connection advisory, Owner’s Engineer services and technical due diligence. BPiON contributes accounting, tax compliance, payroll and corporate administration. By coordinating these services, the partners aim to make it easier for clients to manage project requirements and ongoing reporting obligations.
GridLink’s founders, Igor Schwenk and Michał Gajdzica, remain the majority shareholders and continue to lead the company. GridLink continues to act exclusively for asset owners, independently of equipment manufacturers and contractors.
