FOCUS ON Business: Modern HR seems to be an extremely complex sphere. It contains different aspects like time and attendance platforms, with HR workflows and employee self-service. How is it possible to keep one dedicated HR tool efficient and well-tailored to the specific needs of different companies?
Rafał Nadolny, BPiON: I would say there are two effective components for such tailoring: the first is the practical experience contributed by the team. We have been working as BPiON for 5 years now, and we have had the opportunity to experience both successes and failures. We use our story as our asset. More over, we design our solutions in close and real contact with our clients. I cannot say anything new here: if we want to know what is crucial or merely necessary for someone, the best idea is to ask and listen to the responses carefully. I want to underline an important thing though – we are constantly developing, and we need knowledge. We already have 200 outstanding professionals on our team, and we are proud to be expanding collaborations with great universities.
