How We Work

From the very first interaction, BPiON Global follows a structured and collaborative onboarding process that reflects our management-driven culture and technology-first mindset. 

  • Initial Contact: Your journey begins at our London-based Global Service Management Centre, your first touchpoint with BPiON Global. Here our Global Payroll Team will discuss with you your high-level requirements, goals, strategy and/or deliverables. 
  • Needs Assessment: We then conduct a comprehensive review of your operational landscape, internal processes, and technical environment. 
  • Internal Review: Our teams assess process requirements and alignment, system compatibility and available resources. 
  • Account Setup: A dedicated Account Manager is appointed, and implementation milestones are established. 
  • Service Package Design: Together with you, we customise the solutions required to meet your operational and compliance needs. 
  • Contracting & Access: Following agreement, we facilitate secure access to platforms such as our ticketing system and data portals. 
  • Onboarding & Education: If needed, we deliver onboarding training to ensure efficient adoption of all systems and processes.
