From January 1, 2022, new regulations will enter into force in Poland, introducing the concept of structured invoices, which the taxpayer will be able to issue using the National e-Invoice System.
The implementation of the above solutions will require the integration of accounting and invoicing systems used by taxpayers with the IT tool provided by the Ministry of Finance, Poland. It is worth consulting and developing a clear action plan with your accounting service provider or team dealing with internal systems adaptation.
