Your tasks will be:
- Selling high quality and complex outsourcing business services primarily to multinational companies
- Develop contacts with new prospects, maintaining personal relationships
- Develop, write and follow up value-based sales proposals and respond to client RFPs – in cooperation with delivery team
- Negotiate contracts with Clients, coordinating the process, preaparing the documents – in cooperation wit delivery team
- Research and coordination on regional sales opportunities
- Participation and networking on events
- Active participation in the improvement of sales and marketing processes
- Opportunity management in CRM system
Key elements of your success:
- University degree (Bsc or Msc)
- Minimum 2 years professional experience
- Professionalism in appearance
- Solid sales and communication skills – Sales Hunter Attitude
- Confident Windows, Internet, Ms Office skills
- Proficiency in business English
- Native Hungarian
- Driving license
- Experience in similar B2B services or in BPO is an advantage
