I have extensive experience in outsourcing HR & Payroll services. I am a manager of a dedicated and competent team that isn't afraid of any challenges. I oversee the process of identifying client needs, implementing solutions, and providing ongoing support. I have been involved in the implementation process for dozens of clients from various industries.
I view problem-solving as an opportunity for learning and personal development. In both client interactions and within the team, I prioritize honest and open communication as well as trust. Building strong relationships is the cornerstone of collaboration.
Being part of a team, exchanging ideas and experiences on diverse projects gives me great satisfaction.
I cannot imagine work and life without good coffee, conversations, family and friends, volleyball, and mountain trips, both hiking and skiing. Italy is my second home where I recharge my batteries, sometimes in winter and sometimes in summer, before new challenges.
