I feel fortunate to have been actively involved in laying the foundations of our company and to have been able to support strategic decision-making ever since. For 5 years, I was the Company Manager and Service Director of the Hungarian company, and now I support innovation and service excellence at regional level.
In the nearly 2 decades I have spent in the accounting and payroll outsourcing field, I have led complex system implementations, service implementations and business process transformations. Thus, I have developed the ability to identify our clients' needs and pain points with a keen sense of intuition.
As a leader, what motivates me most is the ability to create something, whether it's building a successful team, developing a new business, adapting a technology solution, or even achieving a long-term partnership.
Sports, especially running, yoga, and hiking, are an integral part of my life.
